Please remember that 3roms works better under Mozilla Firefox.

When you want to complete a survey, Internet Explorer opens them in a new window, therefore the information may not be linked back to the main site and you won't have access to the downloads.

Many users have had this problem and have also fixed it by using Mozilla Firefox, it is a better and faster alternative to Internet Explorer.

As some of you have noticed, we have new advertisements on the site, asking you to fill a quick survey before downloading roms. Once you do this, the site will be unlocked forever and won't need to fill any more surveys.

This does not apply in all countries. If you are outside USA/Canada/UK/Australia you should be fine.

These surveys need to be filled with real information (Name, email, etc) or else you will not be given credit for it and won't have access to the site.

I know it seems annoying to do this but I must encourage you to fill them those whom are being prompted, we are doing this so we could earn a little bit more money and offer you a better service, like daily updates and a larger collection of games, we can also improve our bandwidth and give you faster download speeds. This is all for your own benefit.

I have removed two of the older popups and replaced them with a less forcefull pop under. I have also set an interval on this so you will not be hassled as much while browsing.

There was also some problem with the tables in the database which lead to 30 minutes of downtime. This has now been fixed.

I have finished uploading 3000 Nintendo DS Roms and they will be added very soon.

Some Sega roms have also been removed from the site. This may be only be temporarily i still need to find out. I will update the news when i find out.

I recently found the site automatically fowarding to a MediaFire download. Please note this file was not upload by anyone at 3Roms and was most likely a virus so if you downloaded it please do a scan on your computer.

I have recieved the information from Mediafire regarding the person who uploaded the file and have sent the IP and other information off to the authority who tell me they are dealing with the issue.
